Please allow 3–5 business days for us to process and prepare your order before it ships.
🚚 Shipping Timelines
United States
Orders ship via USPS or FedEx, with estimated delivery in 15–20 business days.
International
Delivery typically takes 15–30 business days, depending on your region and our fulfillment partner.
Note: Shipping may be delayed due to customs, weather, high demand, or global disruptions. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
🔍 Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also check the status anytime on our Track Your Order page.
❌ Cancellations & Address Changes
Need to cancel or update your order?
Email us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@verdanae.com with the subject: “CANCEL MY ORDER.”
Entered the wrong address? Let us know within the same 24-hour window. Unfortunately, we’re unable to make changes after your order has shipped.
🚪 Delivery Attempts
Most carriers will make two delivery attempts before returning your package to us.
💥 Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us at support@verdanae.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
